Workflow View

The Workflow View sidebar menu provides the user access to a many views and features that assist with the daily workflow.  These views and features are available by clicking on one of the icons on the screen’s toolbar or by selecting Views from the menu bar and then selecting the desired feature. 

Click the Workflow Views button located under the blue Workflow tab located on the main screen.

The Workflow View menu can also be configured to automatically open next to a variety of startup screens (e.g. Master Appointment List, Room View, Collections Queue) depending on the role of the user within the organization. 

The USERNAME/FACILITY - Environment/Workgroup is shown at the top of the screen.

The Workflow View screen buttons can be custom configured to meet the requirements of the individual practice.  Some or all of the above buttons might be present or not, depending upon the configuration.

Most of the Medinfomatix screens are accessible in a variety of different ways depending upon a particular workflow.  However, each screen will contain the same information no matter how it is accessed.
