Overview

The EOB Filename box on the Payment Entry screen is used to tie a scanned EOB in PDF/TIF format to the line item/payment. Currently, users must key or copy/paste the file name into the EOB Filename box. This can be a cumbersome process and can lead to data entry errors.

What’s New

A “Find” button has been added to the screen that will launch a specified EOB folder and allow users to manually search for and select their target EOB file.
