9-Digit Subscriber and Patient Zip Codes
Overview
Loops 2010BA N403 and 2010CA N403 generate the Subscriber and Patient Zip codes and currently allow 5-digit zip codes. A payer may require a 9-digit zip code for Loops 2010BA N403 and 2010CA N403 and will accept the addition of 4 trailing zeros.
What's New

ANSI Form Setting:
N403 9-Digit Zip=1 (default=0) (forces 0000 to be appended when a 9-digit zip is not present).
